We hope to see you in Vancouver, British Columbia for the 2015 American Philosophical Association Pacific meeting. We asked two OUP staff members to reveal what they’re most interested in seeing at the forthcoming conference, as well as what they plan to do in their spare time around Vancouver. Joy Mizan, Assistant Marketing Manager, Academic and Trade Marketing: This will be the first APA- Pacific that I’ll be attending. Many of our authors will be in attendance and many of our books will be the focus of book symposium, author sessions, etc, so it’ll be interesting to see how those go. We will also have some new marketing materials (bookmarks, posters, etc) on hand so it’ll be great to see how those go over. It’s always exciting to be able to speak in person with those you’ve been emailing with for months.
