There is an ongoing Facebook thread about potential graduate programs for students who have an interest in doing  experimental philosophy.  The last time I posted about this issue, I cast the net pretty broadly. This time around, I tried to limit myself to places that have primary (or affiliate) faculty who actively work (or who have worked) in experimental philosophy (broadly construed).  The list below is clearly not exhaustive. So, I welcome suggestions in the comment threads for additional schools to add.
